She is a member of the New York State Bar since 2003 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

She received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1998 and obtained her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2001. Ms. Rosenberg was born in Roslyn, New York.
