WDK represents hundreds of individuals involving claims of defective Medtronic Sprint Fidelis medical device leads. The defective leads or wires are connected to heart defibrillators. Our clients' leads fractured resulting in them suffering repetitive and devastating electrical shocks. Jack Drake has been named a member of the Plaintiffs Steering Committee.

In Re: Guidant Implantable Defibrillator Litigation, MDL No. 1708
WDK represents hundreds of individual clients who were injured or died prematurely as a result of defective and recalled heart defibrillators and pacemakers manufactured by Guidant and Medtronic. Settlement has been approved by the court in the Medtronic case. In the Guidant case, settlement has been reached pending final approval. The firm is actively involved in both MDL 1726 and MDL 1708. The firm is Chair of the Law and Briefing Committee in the Medtronic litigation. Proceedings are pending in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
