The list appears in the May 2008 issue of Alabama Super Lawyers magazine. Only 5 percent of the total attorneys in each state are selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers list. Attorneys are chosen by their peers through a polling, research and selection process conducted by Law & Politics magazine. Super Lawyers evaluates several factors of professional achievement including verdicts, settlements, representative clients, experience, honors, awards, bar and professional activity, pro bono and community service.
